Hazardous Material Ready
Proven cutting through asbestos-coated and lagged pipe. No hot work, no sparks, minimal disturbance.
Safety-First Approach
Cold-cutting technology eliminates hot work hazards. Fully ATEX-compliant systems.
Precision Engineered
Consistent, repeatable cuts across any material grade, wall thickness, or geometry.
Bespoke Solutions
Every project is unique. We engineer the tooling to match your exact requirements.
Our Process
How it works.
A streamlined, engineering-led process from first contact to final report.
Scope & Survey
We assess your site conditions, material specifications, and access constraints to define the optimal approach.
Engineer & Plan
Our team designs a bespoke cutting plan with tool selection, safety protocols, and contingency measures.
Set Up & Cut
Mount the TorqCut to your excavator and start cutting. Simple set-up, full operator training, precision results on-site.
Verify & Report
Full documentation package including cut verification, material disposition, and project close-out report.
Head-to-Head
TorqCut vs Conventional.
Unlike gas cutting, TorqCut needs no gas bottles, gas-freeing or other consumable setup in the field — and it produces no sparks or heat-affected zone. Unlike diamond wire (DWS) or shear cutting, it delivers a fast, repeatable engineered cut on coated, lined and mixed-material sections without rigging a wire run or crushing the workpiece.
